Ram Mandir Inauguration in Ayodhya: PM Modi unveils Ram Lalla idol and Pran Pratishtha done.

Ram Mandir: PM Narendra Modi unveiled the Ram Lalla idol (The childhood form of Shri Ram) at the temple at Ayodhya’s Shri Ram Janmaboomi Temple. The gathering also includes Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, saints, and other important visitors.

The Vedic rites for Ram Lalla’s “Pran Pratishtha” in Ayodhya began a week before the major celebration on January 16, signifying the importance and intricate preparations for the occasion.

The Ram Mandir (temple) itself has been decorated with flowers and rangoli, adding to the festive and celebratory atmosphere. The city of Ayodhya has been lighted with lights in preparation for the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ of the Ram Temple on Monday. The lights feature big cutouts of Lord Ram and banners depicting religious themes linked to Lord Ram.

The Ram Janmabhoomi temple was built in traditional Nagara architecture and measures 380 feet (east-west), 250 feet (width), and 161 feet (height) which is supported by 392 pillars and 44 doorways. The temple’s pillars and walls have elaborately carved representations of Hindu deities, gods, and goddesses.

Bollywood celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Ayushmann Khurrana, Kangana Ranaut, Tiger Shroff, Asha Bhosale, Vivek Oberoi, Anupam Kher and singer Sonu Nigam, visited the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, to participate in the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony of Ram Lalla.
