PSG was lacking injured forwards Kylian Mbappé and Neymar and had to rely heavily on Messi, who hit the post in stoppage time.
PSG would have struggled even more without Messi, who scored 98 goals for Argentina.
The Moroccan international set up Messi for his goal, which he delightfully scored as he stroked home from outside the area.
