According to reports on Monday, Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello have announced their divorce after nearly seven years of marriage.
Sofia Vergara 51 who met Joe Manganiello 46 first time in 2014 at a White House Correspondents' Dinner and started to date soon after.
Joe Manganiello proposed to Sofia Vergara on Christmas Day later that year. In November 2015, the pair married in Palm Beach, Florida, in an enormous star-studded ceremony.
According to a source cited by Page Six, "Sofia and Joe have been getting apart for a while and are taking some time apart to think about their future.
Couple said, We have made the difficult decision to divorce, as two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.
Joe Manganiello told Cigar Aficionado. Some people say, 'Marriage and relationships are work. But it isn't. Life is difficult. Having someone to assist you in dealing with it is the best thing that has ever happened.
Manganiello most recently posted an image with Vergara earlier this month to wish her a happy birthday. Vergara last shared a memory photo with Manganiello from a prior Italian holiday in June.
