Athirappilly Waterfalls – one of the must-see tourist spots in Kerala which is located in the Vazhachal Forest Division, near Chalakudy River in Thrissur District. It is the largest and most famous waterfall in Kerala which you might have seen in many Bollywood movies like Pukar, Dil Se, Guru, and Bahubali, etc. And you are allowed to take bath and do the trek on the base of the waterfall if you have a basic trekking skill and the trek route is very much maintained by the forest department.
Athirappilly Water Falls located 52 km from Cochin International Airport, 42 km from Aluva Railway Station, you may take bus or book taxi to reach here and the forest roads are well cleaned and maintained by the official.
